If I could only ever buy one more bottle of Single Malt, it would probably be a bottle of Auchentoshan.  It is an easy drinking whisky, that is often on special at Tesco, meaning you can often get of a bottle for around 20GBP.

It's a lowland whiskey, which is slightly sweet, easy on the palette and a nice rounded taste.

TO THE EYE
